Version 4.3.3 Hotfix

Written by TommyB

Changes/Adjustments

  • Health pickup points will now do proper faction permission checks rather than being hardcoded to specific faction IDs.
  • Legal and Government factions will now have access to /showbadge by default.
  • Improved dialog feedback when directly playing YouTube links or using the YouTube search option when playing music.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where a player's fish data didn't immediately save after storing all fish inside of a crate.
  • Fixed an issue where mapped objects wouldn't appear in high object density areas when a player had certain object limit and stream distance settings.
  • Fixed an issue where reloading a business or hot loading a business map would prevent the script from remembering the map's name, causing it to not load again after regular map cleanup.
  • Fixed an issue where the valid vehicle check when streaming music to a vehicle could fail.

New Additions

  • Fake IDs can now be ordered and created by factions who have unlocked the ability to do so. Fake IDs are additional inventory items that can be showed to other players independently of a character's real license.

Changes/Adjustments

  • Made various adjustments to cocaine to improve overheal and addiction logic. The addition threshold has been doubled, which should result in less people becoming addicted to cocaine after one or two cocaine uses. Due to internal changes in data, all previous cocaine addiction data has been wiped. Lastly, the bugged weather when experiencing cocaine addiction withdrawal will no longer appear.
  • The fishing system will now automatically recast the rod until a user's fish inventory is full. To stop fishing prematurely, a player can click the "Stop Fishing" option in the inventory.
  • Improved the flow of the death system when a player is fully killed (e.g, falls to their death). Players should no longer find themselves being prompted for class selection upon dying and the script will also teleport players who die under the map to ground level.
  • Upon first spawn, the server will check a player's stored and active skins for invalid or restricted skins and delete them if found. This should prevent cases where older players log in with skins they're not supposed to have anymore.
  • The way faction skins are stored on characters has been updated internally. As a result, players can now have multiple faction skins stored on their character, but it will occupy regular clothing slots just like skins from general stores. Previously stored faction skins have been wiped as a result of this change.
  • Various internal improvmenets to the spectating system.

Fixes

  • Fixed various cases where players could end up with the CJ skin.
  • Fixed an issue where YouTube search and direct link playback wasn't working properly.
  • Fixed an issue where premium vehicles with exotic/super car models weren't being charged for repairs or vehicle recovery.
  • Fixed an issue where copying custom textures from external websites while editing furniture could result in textures failing to save.
  • Fixed an issue where incorrect/invalid players could show up in the nearby players dialog when triggering inventory actions.
  • Fixed an issue where eating shrooms via an inventory action didn't work.
  • Fixed an issue where the vehicle keybinds textdraw would show to passengers when they entered a vehicle.
